These 3.5V mini Christmas replacement bulbs for incandescent string lights are made with a pinched base. This unique shape guarantees a secure fit in most every string light (regardless of whether the pinched base is required or not). Value pack includes 50 clear bulbs. 3.5 volt bulbs are typically used in strands of 35 or 70 lights and are common on multi-function light sets and other novelty light sets made for display in yards or windows.
Please be sure to reference the tag near the male plug on your light set to confirm both the voltage and the wattage for your string. Voltage, amperes, and wattage must all match to your light set.
How to determine the voltage required: Reference the tag near the plug on existing light set. If the voltage is not specifically stated for the individual bulbs, then take the total voltage for the light set and divide by the number of lights in one circuit. 3.5V bulbs are most often used in 35 light sets (one-way) and 70 light sets (two-way).
Determine the correct wattage: Reference the tag near the plug on existing light set. Look for wattage for the individual light bulbs. If not available for the individual bulbs, then figure the wattage for the entire light set and divide by the number of bulbs in the strand to figure out the wattage for an individual replacement bulb.
These 3.5V replacement bulbs are sold 'naked' which means that they do not come with any plastic husk. Please be sure to keep the plastic husk that the old bulbs are removed from so that these will incorporate into your string light. The unique pinched base shape to these bulbs allows them to set fully down inside of most any husk to make meaningful contact with the brass contacts inside.

I was trying to put away my Christmas lights for the year but wanted to replace burned out bulbs before I stored them. A call to 912 Vermont got me the correct bulbs in a couple of days and they worked great. I had no information on my light string and they were able to figure out the correct voltage and wattage I needed. I will be using them again and would recommend them as knowledgeable people to deal with.

Learned a lot about 2.5 bulbs and 3.5. The 3.5's were perfect. Thought I'd try one in another strand to see , way too bright for that string. String lights and artificial Christmas trees are so easy to fix. Thanks
