Incandescent String Lights come with a 1-year seasonal warranty. This includes defects out of the packaging as well as any damages or defects not the result of in-climate weather or incorrect usage. Please be sure to read instructions with the string lights to be sure that you are using and storing lights as recommended.


LED String Lights come with a 1-year seasonal warranty. These string lights are rated for both indoor and outdoor use, however, warranties will not cover damages caused by incorrect usage of the lights. Please be sure to read the label about proper handling and storage.


All Holiday Storage Bags including gift wrap, light sets, wreath bags, tree bags, ornament bags, and ornament boxes come with a 3-year seasonal warranty. This warranty includes holes, rips, and/or tears in the fabric through normal usage and storage.  This also covers any missing parts that might be found when assembling the product for the first time.


Universal Rolling Tree Stand is warranted against defects in material or craftsmanship for the period of 3-years after purchase. Please reach out to us if you are experiencing any issue or need a replacement part.


Dog Stockings come with a 1-year warranty. (These are no longer offered on our website - sorry)


All LED Window Candles (battery or plug-in) come with a 3-year seasonal warranty. This warranty was increased for 2019, so even if you purchased a product from us in holiday 2018 season, we would be happy to take care of you inside the 3 years from your purchase date. This warranty covers all defects or damages not caused by improper usage or storage. Please reference the instruction sheet with your candles for the proper way to store and use your candles. If anything is not working out of the box (new item), please be sure to write to us and we would be happy to assist!


Mini Replacement Bulbs currently offer no warranty, but we do have a flexible exchange policy with these items. If you determine after troubleshooting that you may need a different voltage or wattage, please let us know and we should be able to take care of you.


Shelf Liner currently has no warranty, but the product is expected to last many, many years. If you feel that your product is not made correctly or has sort of defective, we would be happy to assist. Please call or email us for assistance.
