No, at this time we only ship products via standard ground services with USPS and UPS. We ship from Pittsburgh, PA, so most orders to the Northeast and Midwest will arrive in 2-3 days from the date of shipment. Orders to more distant regions can take up to 5-6 days to arrive.

Yes, however, please note that some of our models in past years didn’t fit some rechargeable batteries due to the candlestick not supporting up to the ANSI max (diameter) for AA batteries. We are making a running change to the affected models. Most, if not all, of our units’ shipping will support all rechargeable batteries. If you have an issue with a rechargeable battery not fitting in a candlestick, we will replace the affected candlesticks with sticks that will support any rechargeable battery. Please also note that if you are using rechargeable batteries, the life cycle between charges may be shorter with rechargeable batteries vs alkaline batteries due to the mAh rating of the batteries. Our window candle battery life cycle statements are based on using AA alkaline batteries with a 2850 mAh rating. Please follow the directions of the candle model for proper operation, including battery usage.

We sell replacement bulbs for some of our window candle models, but others don’t have a replaceable bulb. Our LEDs are rated for 35,000 – 50,000 hours depending on the model. Please refer to the individual product page for the LED hour rating and if the bulb is replaceable.
