For those wondering about the color of the light - when we first turned them on, I was worried they had too much of a tint of orange. But it's just at the top of the flicker, and I realized by the end of the night that they have a good balance of color - they're not jarringly white but also definitely not that yucky deep yellow, and the flicker is soothing and feels so gently active. My sister is super picky and only likes white window candle light, and said that these were a perfect compromise between white and "soft white"

I am rating a 1 not on the product, but on the service. The candles are wonderful that's why I ordered them, as I already own some. I needed more for my other windows, so I ordered the same color, antique bronze. I did not receive antique bronze, I received pewter. This will not match my other candles. I called to let the company know of their mistake. instead of just sending me the product I ordered they wanted to send me return labels via email so I could send back the candles they mistakenly sent me. I do not own a printer so this wouldn't work. Then they wanted me to go back to their website and reorder and trust that they wouldn't charge me again, and they would send the return label with that order. It was ridiculous all of the hoops they wanted me to go through when it was the company that made the mistake. they sent me the wrong product and they wanted me to do all of the work to get the correct product. Most companies would have just sent a replacement and let me keep the product they sent me, as it was their mistake not mine. 612 Vermont Response: I'm sorry for this negative experience. LOVE THESE! I've been looking for the right window candle for years and wasted a lot of money trying! I just ordered 4 more of these! HIGHLIGHTS: very realistic flicker flame - both color and movement; tips of flames are soft and bend if bumped; the batteries were inserted on 12.1.2022 and, as 3.20.2023 are still working!! (the last window candles I wasted money on lasted about 1 month). They are not as bright as they were at first, but still show from about 70' away. I've always used them at the holidays, but I'm leaving these up all year!!

These were PERFECT to put in our windows and look beautiful. I had compared a lot because I had trouble finding just what I wanted (tall, attractive base, white not ivory candle, warm light, not crazy expensive), and I'm so happy I found these. They look very real, especially with the flickering light. Tall enough to hit the right spot in the window, narrow enough at the base to fit on very narrow windowsills. I love that they turn on / off automatically. They're lightweight, and I was surprised that 28 fit in a pretty small box -- thrilled to have great quality and easy storage! Only downsides: they take 3 batteries each, which adds up fast, but reviews suggest they'll last (I'll report back). Also, because the timer starts once the batteries are in (vs a switch), we had to work fast at dusk to get them all set up and synchronized. But really not big deal, and it became a race with the kids to see how fast we could get them all done. Thanks for brightening our holidays!

I have been using the same two boxes for 2 years throughout the winter season. When once again this year they worked as beautifully, I purchased an additional box. They arrived within the week, with accurate tracking updates . I now have them in every street-facing window. I LOVE the realistic warm-white flicker (as compared to other brands' garish white.) These are really well made with a heft to the base and a quality product.

Loved these candles so much that I ordered more. The lights give off a soft warm ambiance.
